A Change for Emotional Sobriety Posts

On Nov. 24, 2021, I began my 45th year of continual recovery from being born into a family controlled by addiction. My addictions–I have recovered from 5 over the years–no longer control my life.

Now that I am 81, I find I want to continue helping others while finding more and more time to play. No one on their deathbed ever said, “I wish I had worked more.”

Instead of including excerpts from the content I curate for you, I will be posting a list only. Each list will continue to be about one topic. Then you can pick and choose what you want to read.
