FoBU — the fear of being unworthy, unimportant, unappreciated, unseen, unheard, unloved or unlovable — it’s a thing. 1. Nice breathing technique

They teach Navy Seals to use the energy of fear, the mechanism that is, the fight or flight mechanism for fuel.

They use their exhales, elongate and slow them down

It is what we do meditating, engage the para sympathetic nervous system

    Slowing the nervous system

Eating up cortisol and adrenaline applying the brakes

The fight or flight mechanism has no fear inside it

It is just a mechanism without emotions or intent

We add the fear with our thoughts
