I like you calling meditation the practice of listening to God. In the space of the stillness of our mind is where we find God. Unfortunately my mother is of the mindset that believes that meditation is somehow evil because of the ‘the devil makes work for idle hands’ idea. I said to her, how can you hear God when your mind is busy all the time?
